The role of ISO certification is to create universal standards for specific subject matter through the creation & implementation of appropriate quality management systems. Such quality management systems ensure consistency in the process of delivery of a product or service, as well as assurance of defined quality standards in products or services being met upon delivery. In this regard, ISO certification allows for policies, processes, procedures and objectives to be documented in a systematic manner which ensures consistent achievement of internally and externally defined quality standards as embedded within the defined quality management system.
In pursuit of achieving the highest value-for-money for our clients, ARiYA undertook, and achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification for a number of it’s core services. These services include Project Management, Development Facilitation, Procurement Management and Tenant Coordination.
Not satisfied with merely consistently achieving stated quality standards, ARiYA undertakes regular continuous improvement cycles, in which policies, processes and procedures are revised and optimised.
