B-BBEE

The primary purpose of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (“B-BBEE”) is to distribute wealth and sustainable access to the economy across a broad spectrum of previously disadvantaged members of the South African society. We view the contribution to the advancement of B-BBEE principles as imperative to social and economic growth within the context of South Africa. In this regard, we seek to instil these principles within both internal business processes, as well as in project environments with which we engage. Our commitment to the adoption & advancement of B-BBEE principles & practices is evident in our level 1 B-BBEE contribution status, which equates to a procurement recognition level of 135%, as well as our 100% black ownership profile which includes a 25% black female holding.
