 green point track Value: R24m (Construction Value) The Green Point Track is home to the Schotskloof Walmers Rugby Club and the Young Stars Rugby Club in the winter season and the Altius United Cricket Club in the summer season. The scope of the works includes the demolition of the existing sport club and to rebuild a complete new facility. The forecourt will include a memorialisation package to highlight the significant historical heritage of the site and the greater common. Furthermore, this project contains the upgrading of the fields with drainage, irrigation layer works and levelling and landscaping.
