Our approach to Project Management follows the traditional project lifecycle of Initiation, Planning, Executing and Close Out, with the overarching Monitoring & Control function ensuring streamlined, hassle-free project delivery in meeting client expectations. However, meeting client expectations is not sufficient in ARiYA’s view. It is ARiYA’s pledge to ensure that our Project Management solutions are underpinned by various value adding propositions in terms of empowerment and quality management, in order to ensure that client expectations are not only met, but surpassed. ARiYA prides itself in its ability to undertake this service within not only all built environment sectors, but within ANY market sector with which it engages.

ARiYA is well versed and fully competent in the common Project Management methodologies of PMBoK and PRINCE2, and have incorporated the key principles, practices, tools and techniques of each into the development of it's unique Project Management delivery methodology.

ARiYA's human resources are proficient in the use of all well known project control tools, namely; MS Project, Primavera and Candy. Additionally, we are highly experienced in the usage of electronic project documentation management platforms, such as EPM Live, Synergy and Conject. The project control tools used by ARiYA are fully capable of being integrated into the electronic management platforms used on our projects.
