ARiYA is well versed and fully competent in the common Project Management methodologies of PMBoK and PRINCE2, and have incorporated the key principles, practices, tools and techniques of each into the development of it's unique Project Management delivery methodology.
ARiYA's human resources are proficient in the use of all well known project control tools, namely; MS Project, Primavera and Candy. Additionally, we are highly experienced in the usage of electronic project documentation management platforms, such as EPM Live, Synergy and Conject. The project control tools used by ARiYA are fully capable of being integrated into the electronic management platforms used on our projects.
